He was predeceased by: his parents, John J., Sr. and Dorothy Heffner (Dinterman); and his sister Annabelle Mackley. He is survived by: his wife Faye V. Heffner (Feeser); his son Joseph A. Heffner of Owings Mills; and his sister Arrabelle Frock of Westminster. He is also survived by his three grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
