Bupp of Westminster and Butch of Westminster; his grandchildren, Jason Eyler, Melissa, Travis Boughter, Allison, Michelle Clemmer, James and Brian Byers; his great grandchildren, Rhiannon, Caleb Eyler, Kyler Boughter, Jaidan, Maddox Clemmer, Corbin, Haley and Ava Byers; and his sisters, Catherine Shelton of McSherrystown and Genevieve Shimp of Muncy, PA..

“We are sorry to hear of Jessie's passing. He was a great man that helped lots of people. He always helped me when I had troubles with my farm tractors. He could do any repair on any tractor without checking a manual. He always impressed me with his knowledge and friendliness. I will miss him. I wish i could visit with you all but we are living in Arkansas for a while longer till we move back up your way. My wife and I send our prayers and thoughts to you all. Glenn and Deb Hann”
