Burley of Dover, DE, Jessica N. Burnette, Rebecca A. Burnette of Littlestown, Haley N. Martin and Sydney A. Martin of Hanover; his great grandchild Nora J. Hathcock of Dover, DE; and his brother William E. LaBarre of Conewingo, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
