He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob "Ray" Guise and Catherine W. Guise (Semler); and his half-brother Merle Guise. He is survived by: his son Clifton Ray Guise; his daughter-in-law Jessica E. Guise (Finch); and his grandchildren, Eleanor C. Guise of Camp Hill, PA. and Theodore J. Guise of Camp Hill, PA.. He is also survived by family, Gary is survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Animal Rescue, Inc., the American Stroke Foundation or Bart's Centenary United Methodist Church.
