He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Lippy (Sis); his children, Amber Carey (Nate), Rhonda Surprenant, David Haines (Kathy), Allen Boone (Carol) and Verdella White; and his grandchildren, Illiana Carey, Wyatt Wass, Roy, Rob Boone, Ryan Haines, Mitchell, Bradley Divell and Michaela Hose. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
