She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Lowry and Charlotte Anna Mary Lowry (Reed); and her siblings, James Lowry, Robert Emory Lowry, Charlotte Thorn and Emerald Hubbe.
She is survived by: her children, Richard, Christi Medice of Exmore, VA, Karen Tracy, Mark of Littlestown, Kathleen Cain, Jim of Roanoke, VA, Donna Mishoe and Kevin of Williamsburg, VA; her grandchildren, Christina Green (David), Rachel Austin (Josh), Katherine Cain, James Cain, Chris Muldowney and Kelly Evans; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Luke, Tessa, Cory, Evelyn and Alice.
