He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry R. Blevins, William H. Plank, Jr. and Norma F. Plank. He is survived by: his parents, Marvin "Marty" Leroy Blevins and Norma Jean Plank-Blevins; his brother Joshua D. Plank-Blevins; his grandparents, Edward Steinour, Jr. and Eva Steinour; his uncle Gregory D. Blevins (Lisa); his aunt Barbara R. Laughman; and his cousins, Michael Laughman, Cori Blevins and Amber Blevins. He is also survived by other cousins, aunts and uncles.
