He is survived by: his spouse Karin L. Blevins; his parents, Chuck Johnson and Phyllis Johnson (Cox) of San Antonio, TX.; his sister Lorie Johnson of San Antonio, TX; and his brother-in-law Mike Blevins (Jen) of Sykesville, MD. He is also survived by three nephews, two nieces.
