He is survived by: his wife Joan Weimer (Punté); his children, Deborah Leister (Tom Walker) of Finksburg, MD, Bryan Weimer (Helen) of Arbutus, MD and Dawn Weimer of Orlando, FL.; his grandchildren, Chelsea Leonard (Jay), Richard Leister (Jill Ertel), Shelby Weimer, Travis Weimer (Gabby), Carmen Mora, Maria Gee (Scott) and Christopher Muñoz; his great grandchildren, Levi and Luca Leonard; his friend Gary Brown; and also Gary Leister. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
