He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Moose; his stepgrandson Trip Bowman; and his siblings, William Moose, John Moose, LeRoy Moose, Richard Moose, Christine Shryock and Evelyn Ott.

He is survived by: his spouse Jacqeline Moose (Carpenter); his parent Matilda Moose (Yingst); his daughter Jacque M. Bowman of Mount Pleasant, SC; his stepgranddaughter Ashley Bowman; and also Kenneth of Mount Pleasant, SC.
