He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H., Sr. and Margaret N. Kinsey (Grumbling); and his brother Harry H. Kinsey, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, James S. Kinsey of Sykesville and Suzanne M. Voland of Westminster. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren.
