He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Crouse; and his siblings, Bernie Crouse, Glenn Crouse, David Crouse, Clyde Crouse, Nadine Crouse and Sama Leong.
He is survived by: his spouse Sydney Crouse (Noble); his parent Laura Crouse (Worley); his sons, Shane E. Crouse (Deb) of Hanover, Ryan B. Crouse (Andrea) of Dillsburg and Brady C. Crouse (Meaghan) of Abbottstown; his grandchildren, Madi Crouse, Jacy Crouse, Brynn Crouse, Landon Crouse and Brae Crouse; and his siblings, Ronald Crouse of Virginia and Shirley Gerrick of Littlestown.
