He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Koons, Sr. and Martha Eleanor Hillary Koons. He is survived by: his siblings, William Stewart Koons Jr. (Bill), Patricia Dunphy, Susan Britt and Kenny Kaye; his brother-in-law Robert Britt; his nieces, Lauren, Heather and Sarah; and also, Martin, Kenny and Ryan.
