With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin L. Spangler of Littlestown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wives, Marie Spangler (Oskolkoff) and Margie Spangler (Hart); and his parents, Earl Spangler and Ruth Spangler (Harmon). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Spangler (Netro) of Littlestown; his children, Daniel Spangler of Hanover, Samuel Spangler of Fleetwood, Mark Spangler of Littlestown and Julie Spangler of Frederick, MD; and his stepchildren, Leonard, Timothy Strickland, Jimmy Clingan, Donna Scott, Dianna Sierra and Debi Weller. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, numerous step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
