He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L Blackburn and Hazel C Blackburn (Robertson); his brothers, Jim and John; and his wife Sharon Blackburn (Hickman).
He is survived by: his children, Ian Blackburn of Erieville, NY and Lindsay Smith (Blackburn); his grandchildren, Rowan, Evelyn, Addison, Samantha, William and Linnea; and his brother Tom Blackburn (Tammy) of Auburn, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
