He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Palmer. He is survived by: his parent Cora Taylor Palmer; his wife Barbara Fuller Palmer; his children, Paul Palmer (Brenda Cline), JoAnn Caligiuri, Michael Caligiuri, Deborah Palmer (Grant Talbett), Sherry Anderegg and Robert Anderegg; his grandchildren, Bobbie Jo, Chad Smeltz, Ashley Owlett, Russell Owlett, Holly Palmer, Brian Caligiuri, Courtney Caligiuri, Jacqueline Caligiuri, Seth Anderegg and Broc Anderegg; and his great grandchildren, Drake, Kendra, Dustin, Kaitlyn, Kayla, Layne, Emma, Jaycee and Presley.
