She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurston Duncan and Jennie Duncan (Hankins); and her husband Allen B. Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Page of Little Marsh; and her granddaughters, Jennifer Page of Los Angeles, CA and Jessica Page of Hardwick, NJ..

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Company, 1575 Blair Creek Rd., Westfield, PA 16950.
