He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Ulrich and Floy Ulrich (Keller). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (Fisher); his daughter Kelly Groff (Tony) of Lititz; his granddaughter Emma; and his sister Beth Burns of Deerfield Beach, FL.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill's memory may be made to the American Legion, Lititz Post 56, 109 N. Broad St, Lititz, PA 17543.
