He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Stella (Sanguedolce) and Vincent Anzalone, Sr.; and his brothers, Rosario "Ceri" and Nicholas "Nick" Anzalone. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his son Anthony (Lori) of York; his grandsons, Nicholas, Michael and Dominic; his pet Rico; his sister-in-law Carmella Anzalone; his niece Donna Comis; his nephew Vincent Anzalone; and his brothers-in-law, Nick Fulginiti (Bonnie) and Frank Fulginiti.

Memorial contributions in Vincent's name may be made to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund.
