He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Burkholder; his children, Chris (Melinda Burkholder) of Sherman, TX and Desiree Patrella; his close friends, Kenny Lawon of Ephrata, Doug Burkholder, Amanda Dougherty of Dillsburg, Eugene (Priscilla Patrella) of Lititz, Bernadette Lutz, Dave Gomez of Lititz and Agina Flick of Lititz; his grandchildren, Chris Jr., Jocelyn, Derek, Scott, Jasmine, Autumn, Olivia, Zach, Kallie, Faith, Brooke, Julie, Kal and Bailey; and his siblings, Gary (Brenda Burkholder) of Akron, Kevin (Lori Burkholder) of Tavares, FL, John Burkholder of Lititz, Marvin (Charlotte Burkholder) of Eustis, FL and Janice (Howard Braden) of Wildwood, FL.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
