He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Herman Duke and A. Alice Dussinger Duke; his son Curtis L. Duke; and his grandson Maxwell Ganz. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Drybred Duke; his daughter Christina A. D. Ganz (Kevin S.); his grandchildren, Caleb H. and Lillian K. Ganz; his brother George H. Duke (Ellen); and his sister-in-law Gladys Drybred.
