He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. and Mary E. Witowski (Mullen) of Olyphant, PA.; his brother Dr. John J. Witowski; and his son John. He is survived by: his wife Judith O'Connor Witowski; his children, Thomas M. Witowski and Julie Elliot of Lancaster, PA.; his sister Mary Jane O'Malley (late Peter L. O'Malley) of Archbald, PA; and his siblings-in-law, James O'Connor (Ruth) of Gaithersburg, MD and Mary Witowski of Moosic, PA.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. James Catholic Church in Lititz, PA where Mr. Witowski was an active member.
