He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Price, Sr. and Catherine Price (Rineer); and his siblings, Robert Rineer, Sandra Creasy, Joan Robinson, Emma Wright and Charles V. Price.

He is survived by: his wife Carole F. Price (Getz); and his daughters, Lisa A. Billiter of Lititz and Anita K. Auge (late Russell G. Auge, III) of Reading. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
