She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Smith and Lavilla Smith (Farlow). She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Weitzel; her daughter Lori A. Hoke; her close friend Kevin Hann of Schaefferstown; and her siblings, Sharon (Donald Neal) and Nevin (Susan Smith).
