She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Sargent and Isma Sargent (Fuller); her spouse Cyrus P. Hard, Jr.; her son Jeffrey; and her sisters, Virginia Barry and Nancy Horne.
She is survived by: her daughter Emily H. Ipsen (James); and her grandchildren, Nathan P. Ipsen of Lancaster and Erin R. Ipsen of Lancaster.
In lieu of flowers contribution may be made in Susan's memory to the Good Samaritan Fund at Brethren Village, whose staff were always kind and loving to her.
