Ruth O. Groff Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth O. Groff of Lititz, Pennsylvania, born in Manheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Oberholtzer and Anna Mary Good Oberholtzer; her husband Mervin C. Groff; her son Steven O. Groff; and her brother Richard Oberholtzer.
She is survived by: her son Ross O. (Eileen "Holly" Groff) of Lancaster; her granddaughter Pam (Rick Neidermyer) of Lititz; her great grandchildren, Michaella, Jaelynn and Dax; and her brothers, Ray (Lydia Oberholtzer), Robert (Dorothy Oberholtzer) of Cleona, Ralph Oberholtzer of Mifflintown and Lamar.
