He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy T. Rossey and Loraine Rossey (Cassatt). He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandi" Lee Johns (Trego); his sister Sandra Good of Landisville; and his stepsons, Todd Johns (Jennifer), Marc Johns (Jessica) and Chad Johns. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a great granddaughter.
