He is survived by: his wife Judi Markert Mentzer; his daughters, Amy Adams (Neil) and Abby Dodds (Rob); his grandchildren, Dylan Adams (Jessica), Cole Adams (Taylor), Adam Dodds (Lindsey Lefever) and Claire Dodds; his great grandchildren, Tyler and Hailie Adams; his siblings, Betty "Toter" Hammer, Mary "Knuddle" Shue, Candy Myer, Donna Stoltz, Billy Mentzer and Martha "Mattie" Mentzer; and his sister-in-law Janie Markert.
