He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H Garrett of Lebanon and Catherine B Stohler of Lebanon; his former wife Frances Batz of Lebanon; and his wife Susan Garrett of Lititz. He is survived by: his children, Mandy Sands (Joe) of Lititz and Robbie Garrett (Wyatt); and his grandsons, Carson, Landon and Dillon Sands.
