He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fischer and Irma Fischer (Shirey). He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. (Roesener); his children, Lynn J. (Michael McNulty), Lori A. (Daniel McGovern) and Robert A. Fischer (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Alexandra L., Katelyn G. McNulty, Emily L., Hannah R. McGovern, Madison M. and Morgan J. Fischer.
