He is survived by: his children, Debra L. Frey (Merle Becker) of New Holland and Jeffrey E. (Mona Frey) of Conestoga; his grandsons, Billy and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Jace, Laila and Declan; and his sister Charlotte Splain of Columbia.
