He is survived by: his parent Ella Mae Balmer (Shriner); his children, Heather Eichelberger (Bobby) of York, Bridget Miller of Lafayette, CO, Kim Becker (Rick) of Elizabethtown and Greg Balmer (Donna) of Boulder, CO; and his grandchildren, Keira Eichelberger of York, Lauren Becker of Elizabethtown, Cole Eichelberger of York, Ty Miller of Lafayette and Derek Becker of Elizabethtown.
Ray S. Balmer, 87, of 140 Greensprings Rd., York died Sunday morning November 11, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer's and Congestive heart failure.
