He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry G. Heiser and Elsie W. Heiser (Gockley); his wife Kathy Sue Heiser (Weachter); his son Ralph Heiser, Jr.; and his siblings, Elsie Mae Cassler, Warren Eugene Heiser, Harold Heiser, Lester Samuel Heiser and Karl Kenneth Heiser.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Ella Marlene Heiser; and his siblings, Edith A. Garman and Leonard "Lenny" Heiser (Nancy Wingingroth).
