With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Teresa Miller of Lititz, Pennsylvania, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 63. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dominic Fazio and Eve Fazio (Riddle); her husband Richard A. Miller; her children, Richard (Tunisia Miller) and Lisa (Jami Sands); her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Tyler, Mason and Keana; and her sisters, Donna (Thomas Sigman) and Elizabeth Huxhold.

“I worked with Phyllis in Cardiology at Ephrata Hospital. She was a wonderful secretary keeping all of us organized. I also live in Lititz. I would drop off food or flowers at your house on special occasions. We all miss her. She loved her family. She shared pictures of her children and grandchildren”
