He was predeceased by: his wife Rhoda Arlene Burkholder; his parents, John H. and Mary W. Burkholder; and his siblings, Irwin W., J. Clyde, Ezra W., Raymond W., Doris E. and Ruth N. Breneman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Koser (Kenneth) and June Achenbach (John "Sid); his grandchildren, Wesley Koser, Joanna Philpot, Melanie Byers, Jessica Strohm, Neil Koser and Alison Patteson; his great grandchildren, Bradley, Katlyn Heck, Justin, Avery, Aidan, Kam Koser and Winston Philpot; his siblings, Glenn (Phoebe) of Washington Boro and Jean E. Alvisi of Stevens; and his sister-in-law Lois Burkholder of Washington Boro.
