He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Jane Rinier Cook; and his parents, Daniel Kuhlman and Mary Kuhlman. He is survived by: his daughter Karen (Randy Vollmer) of Millersville; his grandson Matthew (Allison Vollmer); and his great grandchild Bennett of Lititz.
