She was predeceased by: her husband Paul G. Binkley; and her parents, Enos K. Frey and Clara J. Barefoot Frey. She is survived by: her children, Dennis E. (Patti Binkley) of Millersville and Brenda E. Newswanger of Mount Joy; and her sister Mary Neff of Lancaster. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
