She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Hafner; and her grandson Michael. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Prada Walker (Robert), Teri Ann Teutsch (Stan) and Mary Jo Finney; her grandchildren, Erika Teutsch, Elizabeth Prada Da Costa (Victor), Adam Teutsch, Katie Prada and Jennifer Finney Ax (Rick); her great grandchildren, Marc Da Costa, Evan Da Costa and Maggie Teutsch; and also Girl Scout. She is also survived by her siblings, husband, and grandson.
