She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" B. and Marguerite Maharg Roth. She is survived by: her spouse Donald J. Banack; her sons, Michael T. Banack of Bucks County and David Q. Banack of Lititz; her grandchildren, Gabriel and Hannah; her brother Randy Roth (Kim) of Denver, PA.; and her friend Lori Verderame. She is also survived by her nine cousins, extended family.
