He was predeceased by: his father Norman Forney; his wife V. Marlene Forney (Rudy); and his brother Burnell. He is survived by: his children, Linda (Barry Christ) of Ephrata, Jane (Nelson Stoner), Christine Reilly and Randall (Kathy Jo); and his siblings, Melvin (Barbara) of Delmar, DE, Verna Ann Rose (Chet) of Palmyra, Carolyn Crouse (late Galen) of Ephrata, Laura Balmer (Everett) of Lititz and N. Clyde (Carol) of Sequim, WA.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
