It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard J. Blazek (Lititz, Pennsylvania), born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Kindergarten and Karen L.; his spouse Ronald Moore of Lititz; his son Joseph L. Blazek; his grandchildren, Carly Moore of Lititz, Ethan of Lititz, Connor of Lititz and Evan Blazek of Lititz; and his sister Margaret Kline of Shamokin.
