He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sweigart and Edith Sweigart (Dillman); his former wife Jane Louise Sweigart; his granddaughter Gwen Ochs; and his brother Melvin Sweigart.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Groff Sweigart (Bitzer); his children, Gayle (Gil Ochs), Gregory (Corey) and Trina (John Allen); his grandchildren, Curtis Ochs (Lori), Chad Ochs (Jaime), Brandon Sweigart (Erica), Jared Sweigart (MaryAnne), Taylor Allen and JJ Allen; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Ashton, Camden, Connor, Kaleigh Ochs and Trent Sweigart.
