He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Jenkins and Bertha E. Frey Jenkins; his brother Robert W. Jenkins; and his brother-in-law Calvin Mackley. He is survived by: his wife Janice E. Miller Jenkins; his children, Mark S. Jenkins and Karen L. Jenkins; his sister J. Carol Mackley; and his brother-in-law Michael Miller (Sally).
