It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Jean Applegate of Lititz, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fleece Buchanan and Elva Blanche James; her husband Richard Applegate; and her children, Donna Applegate, Philip Applegate, Edward Alan Applegate (Connie) and Kathy Phillips (Terry). She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
