Cummons (Kruise); his wife Mary Cummons; his children, John Dooley of Mountville, Denise Smith (Chris) of Levittown and Krystal Cummons-Swigart (Brandon) of Manheim Township; his grandchildren, Amanda Weyandt (Doug) of Bedford, Jacob Dooley of Mountville, Anthony Cummons of Manheim Township, Winter Cummons of Manheim Township and Jojo Swigart of Manheim Township; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Dooley Cruz and Jayce Weyandt; and his sisters, Patty Baron, Sandy Lackman and Joy Blosser.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
