He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Baidy and Agnes Baidy (Tluzcek); his brothers, Francis, Stephen and Paul; and his son Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Judith A. (Letteer); his daughter Michelle M. Baidy; his grandson Charles Joseph Baidy; and his brother Robert Baidy.
