He was predeceased by: his parents, John W., Sr. and Florence Sweigart (Krenz). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn R. Sweigart (Leaman); his children, John W. Sweigart, III of Houston, TX, Joy H. Nedelka, Joel C. Sweigart and Judson B. Sweigart; and his stepson Daniel A. Quinn of Alburtis, PA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
