It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Kurtz of Lititz, Pennsylvania, born in New Holland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Kurtz and Kathryn Kurtz (Holsinger); his former wife Loretta E. Kurtz (Kline); and his sister-in-law Mary Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Beulah Kurtz (Erb); his children, Rebecca (Bruce Birk) of Mountville, Kathy (Jerald L. Smucker) of Bird, Jeffrey Kurtz of Dover and John (Shirley Kurtz) of Ashville, AL; his grandchildren, Joshua Smucker, Justin Smucker, Joseph Smucker, Sara Hess, Joel Hess, Amanda Shalter, Travis Kurtz, Savannah Kurtz and Hadden Kurtz; and his brothers, Paul H. Kurtz and Robert (Beatrice Kurtz). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
