In the sacred silence of farewell, Joan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joan's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parent Frances Bradshaw; her stepfather Howard Bradshaw (Jack Kelley); and her daughter Leanne Hess. She is survived by: her husband Jack Kelley; her daughter Lisa Shenk (Scott) of Mount Joy; her grandchildren, Brian Shenk, Aria Hess and Josh Hess (Amilla); and her stepchildren, Walter Kelley (Sherree) and Emily Morris (Chris).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Charles Snyder Funeral Home (3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543).
