He was predeceased by: his parents, Parke Ream and Rebecca Ream (Loose); and his brother Mike Ream. He is survived by: his wife Susan DelGiorno-Ream; his children, Katie Watts (Nate) of Leola, Collin Gratz (Stephanie Pitts) of Windsor, Emily Gehman (Shane) of Ephrata and Madalyn Mendez of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Georgia, Anderson, Hudson, Nolan and Nora; and his sisters, Lynn Ream-Montgomery (Hugh) of Cornwall and Sandi Andes of Ephrata. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jeff Ream Memorial Fund located on the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
